Note presence of Post It note apologizing to the poor mailman, who has to pick up 75+ packages from the porch and scan them all. (This is why we give him a very large gift card every Christmas.)
This is everyone who doesn't have Post Weenies -- I haven't gotten the shipping for those yet -- barring the one of you I emailed. This time around, I distributed the 17 free bottles the Lab sent based on who had those things on their wishlist: if there's an extra full GC bottle in your package, don't be startled! (One of you really lucked out: you only ordered one decant this time, but you had something we got a free bottle of on your wishlist. It pays to be a regular. *g*)
We managed to go through two rolls of packing tape with this circle, and I ran out of peel-and-stick shipping labels partway through. (This is why we went through two rolls of packing tape: I had to go back to taping on the shipping label. Sooooo tedious.)
Never did find the other fuckups, btw. I'm guessing I just counted wrong and/or forgot to put someone on the signup list so they weren't counted in the "how many to decant" counts.
(EDIT: Also, omg, how awesome is our mailman: I saw him dropping off the mail and I went down to apologize to him for the UMPTY BILLION packages: he countered by offering me his cell phone # so I can text him if we ever have packages that need picking up after he's already visited for the day.)

EDIT: Well, I got to the end, I tallied up everything, I triplechecked everything against the invoices, and I have three extra decants and was missing four others. I guess I just counted up the signups wrong! Fortunately, I had enough of all the three missing ones (two of one and one each of two more) that I could just decant more, and the extra decants went into the "to be sold/traded/given away later" bin.
On to printing postage now.

By the end I had to push the vials closed with the end of a sharpie because I'd shredded both thumbs, but I got them all done.
Today: Sarah will label the rest when she wakes up, then we put decants in bags. I might get to ship a few of them for Monday, but I'm not going to promise anything, since they have to be wrapped and there are a lot of add-ons and extras to wrangle. Tuesday should be possible, though.
Also: I've just bought our third flat of 2030 vials, because this circle has nearly cleared me out again. AGAIN.

Weenies order placed
Sep. 26th, 2015 06:58 pmsynecdochicI've placed the order for the Weenies. (Thank you to everyone who was so prompt in paying your invoices: it meant I could actually pay all $3400 of the cart out of PayPal instead of having to put any of it on my credit card!)
It's order #57647 and did I mention it was THIRTY FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS? (Okay, $3396.) This is now officially the largest single-update circle we've had, and I think it might even be the largest circle by bottle count even if you count the combined megacircles of last year's silly season. o.O
If you're still looking to sign up: there were a few scents that were one full bottle + 1 decant on the second bottle, and I ordered both bottles of all of those. (Plus one that only had one slot taken, and one that had all six slots in the bottle taken: I got a bottle of the former and a second bottle of the latter because I wanted both of them for myself!) I've updated the signup post to accurately reflect the number of bottles that were ordered, so you can go ahead and sign up for those still.
There are another few that have one person waitlisted: that's because there were multiple bottles already, and I'm very confident I can get the extra decant out of the leftovers, so I didn't add the extra bottle there.
At any rate, now we wait! Total participant count between here and the forum: 76. I spent today organizing the ziplock bags for everybody and putting frimps in them. I figure I will thank myself later when a hundred and eighty bottles of perfume get here and I have to decant them all: every bit I can do ahead of time will help. Heh.

So, depending on how quickly my post gets approved, I might push out ordering to Sunday or Monday. I'll keep y'all posted.
Also, I changed my mind on waiting for the BPTP Weenies to drop to send invoices -- I'd rather have things spread out over multiple invoices but have a chance of having enough cash in my PP account to order at least some of the Weenies via PayPal instead of having to float $2k on our credit card until money can transfer :D

This circle will operate under standard policies, with the following variables:
DECANT COST: $4/decant, $11.50/half bottle, $23/full bottle
SHIPPING COST: $3 US shipping; $8 international shipping to Canada and to rest-of-world for up to 5 decants; $10 rest-of-world international shipping for 6+ decants or any order that has a bottle/half-bottle in it
MINIMUM TO ORDER A BOTTLE: 2/6 slots filled
ORDER WILL BE PLACED: Afternoon/evening of Sat 26 Sept or Sun 27 Sept
HALF BOTTLES/FULL BOTTLES/RIDE-ALONGS: Yes, although half bottles are still operating under "fucking leaky dram bottles" rules: unless there's a spare bottle, you'll get it as 3 decants. Add-ons will be $1 plus the cost of the bottles. (Please save me a few minutes and specify the category it's in so I can find it most easily!)
NOTE: If you are in the Lilith circle, please remind me of that in your signup -- I'll be combining shipping for Lils and Weenies, but I will probably not remember if you're in Lils when I'm making the list/doing the invoices.
NOTE II: If you're in Canada, please mention that on the "US, Canada, or international shipping" signup line -- I keep forgetting that shipping to Canada is cheaper, so I keep having to refund the Canadians when it turns out I overcharged you!
