Half bottles
1) I'm now current on everything and have no outstanding orders with the Lab. I'm taking a few weeks off before going back to the Gaiman GCs.
2) I've had a rash of reports from the last wave of circles that the 1-dram bottles I was using for half bottles (where I had more half bottle orders than Lab bottles ordered) have been leaking, so I'm going to have to throw out the bottles I have (eating the not insubstantial cost of them) and continue issuing refunds to people whose shit leaked in transit (eating the cost of that). (I'm going to try to get a refund from the supplier for the bottles, but I doubt I will.)
A lot of other factors have made dealing with half bottle orders a pain. For at least the forseeable future, I will not be taking more half bottle orders than there are number of bottles being ordered, minus one. If more people want half bottles than that, I'll convert the order to three decants, in decant vials, at least until such time as I can get vials I'm confident in.
