Updates/info for synecdochic's BPAL decanting

Guess what just got here? :D

I'll be unpacking/labeling the Anniversaries tonight, and decanting those either tonight or tomorrow. Still no sign of life on the other tracking # (for the Ligeias); the post office still thinks it doesn't have the box. I forgot I had ordered the last of the Ligeia scents with the Anniversaries, though, so amusingly enough, some of the additional Ligeia bottles got here before the main order! (Strange are the ways of the Lab.)

Should be here Saturday or Monday, depending, and I'll start decanting as soon as it arrives. If you're in multiple circles and you want me to ship you just the Anniversary decants, let me know. (If you're just in the Anniversary circle, I'll ship them, you don't have to tell me.)

I decided I'm going to run this circle concurrently on the BPAL forum (trying to 'level up' my decanting there for future circles), so I'm pushing off ordering by a day. I'll now be placing the order Friday night (21 Nov) instead of Thursday night. Nevermind. The circle filled up on the forum like THAT. Back to ordering tomorrow night, now!

I'm hoping -- since we have an open order for Ligeia -- that we'll hit combined shipping and therefore 'jump' the shipping queue a bit for Anniversaries, but again, I will be out of the country 7 Jan - 24 Jan. (I originally had it down as 8 Jan - 24 Jan, but I forgot we have to leave the house the day before -- to save over $1k per person on the tickets, we're flying out of JFK instead of BWI, so we're going to be taking the train up to NYC the night before our flight.) I'm not TOO worried, since the Lab's TAT recently has been around 4-5 weeks lately and that should give us a bit of leeway, but I want to make absolutely certain everyone knows about it so there are no surprises!

Related to that: unless the Yules are out next week, they will probably hit that window. (Or, who knows, they might arrive after that window! It depends on when they're released.) I'll check when the Yules are scheduled to come down when they're posted, but if the availability window winds up being as tight as they've been lately, and your order is time-sensitive (ie, you're auditioning for full bottles), you might want to go with a different decanter. (I have a few I can recommend, if necessary!)

Invoices for Anniversaries will go out soon, since everything's hit the point of having enough signups to be ordered. If you're in the Ligeia circle and also sign up for Anniversaries, I will assume that you want me to combine shipping, so I won't invoice for another shipping charge. If you want me to ship separately instead (if they come in two different shipments, I mean), just let me know.

As always, please look over your invoice carefully and let me know if there are any problems. (It really helps if you let me know of errors before you pay the invoice, too; PayPal does not let you edit an invoice after it's been paid.)

I also forgot to mention in the signup post: the general-catalog "X imps for $X" offer's still open. You tell me how many random imps you want, $1/imp.

I am stupidly looking forward to getting these -- this is the first circle in a while where nearly everything in the circle sounds like something I really want to smell. :) Thank you to everyone who's signed up so that I have an excuse to order them all!
