synecdochicORDERING: The order has been placed for the BPTP Fatherhood circle -- it's order #7320. You can still sign up for any scents that have open slots, but I'm not adding any additional bottles at this point.
The order for the Weenies will be placed Monday night. I'll continue adding bottles up until that point. I've revised the circle details -- previously I'd said I was capping # of bottles per scent, but I've gone back to # of bottles total (100) since there are a few scents that are very popular and I'm okay with adding more bottles on those since many others are still only in a single bottle.
INVOICES: I've been telling people 'invoices today or tomorrow!' for the Fatherhood update for like half a week now, I know! Now that the Weenies have hit, I'm combining invoices, and since I'm combining shipping for three separate circles, two of which I'm combining invoices for, I think I need an extra day or two to organize my records so that a) I don't miss things and b) I am in the best possible organizational state for fast packing and shipping once everything gets here.
TURNAROUND TIME: I am officially setting the expected turnaround time for decanting once the scents arrive to 72-96 hours instead of 48-72 hours, since we're now at 100+ bottles across three circles.
COMBINED SHIPPING: If you're outside the US, signing up for multiple circles, and you already paid for shipping on the Lilith circle, I will probably invoice you for an extra ounce or two of shipping weight depending on the total number of things you've ordered. It will appear on your invoice as a shipping charge, but it won't be the full shipping, just the difference. (So, if you were invoiced for $7.16 for the Liliths, you will see a shipping charge that's less than that on your invoice for Fatherhood/Weenies: it's not that I'm not combining shipping, it's that if I'm projecting your package to go over 2oz, I'm charging you the difference.)
FUTURE CIRCLES: Rumor has it that there may be a second half of the BPAL Weenie update, and there's also the BPTP Weenie scents. Yes, I will decant those! But unless those come out before the bottles for the currently-active circles arrive here, I'm officially placing a moratorium on "circles whose shipping I'm willing to combine" -- some of you are starting to hit the point where I don't know if I'll be able to get your orders into the envelopes I have. (I've ordered some bigger ones! But oi, the logistics.)
PRIORITY UPGRADE: We live near a major East Coast postal hub and first-class mail does get out to people very quickly. Still, since the Weenies are coming out so close to Halloween itself, if you want to upgrade to a small Priority flat-rate box to try to get them to you faster, we can do that. Just let me know.
