And can I add on another bottle of Walking the Prime Meridian if it's still available when you order (I'm so bad with tracking when collections will stop selling but it still seems up as of right now...), it was so lovely I just want to bathe in it.

Also if it's not a massive pain, can you hold my Crimson Peaks and ship these together? I don't think you've sent those yet? Too much perfume I can't keep track of it all haha! No worries if that's a pain of course.

No problem on the add-on bottle, and no problem on holding the shipping. (Nope, CP hasn't shipped yet -- it hasn't even gotten to me!) Since you'll have the extra bottle, I charged you an extra $2 shipping since it will probably go up to the next weight category.

It's definitely been a rough few weeks, but I've got my fingers crossed that it will improve any day now. REALLY. ANY DAY NOW. At least Thanksgiving is over...

Well, it was that, plus we had to put one of our cats to sleep unexpectedly and with zero notice on the Monday before, plus it's been raining ALL WEEK and rain does awful things to my joints, plus plus plus ...

Bad week, is what I'm sayin'.

Yeah -- I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which is one of those "this is one small fuckup in your genetic structure that affects EVERYTHING" syndromes. My case is only moderate (for which I give thanks daily) but 'moderate' is still really fucking painful and basically means "randomly dislocating joints once or twice a week instead of daily". Thank God for the good drugs and a doctor who's not afraid to prescribe them, man. (Moved down here to move in with sarah right about when we FINALLY found a possible explanation for all my symptoms thanks to research with Dr Google, and discovered, while researching to figure out what kind of doctor I'd need to get to for a diagnosis and treatment, that one of the top three specialists in the disorder practices here. Her office is literally right up the street from the house.)

It's been a bad few pain weeks, though, since we're playing around with my meds again to try to fix some of the side effects. That plus rain plus a really busy few weeks a few weeks ago that I still haven't recovered from == I'm basically only good for lying in bed like a useless lump and playing Candy Crush and reading Daredevil fic right now.

I know it doesn't help at all, but your post these many years ago (2007?) about the research you and sarah did about your E-D to finally get a diagnosis was what pushed me to finally do research in the library databases for articles to identify my skin condition. I'd grown so sick of being told by doctors that it was my actions that caused such painful sores that I'd mostly quit going to the doctor unless disaster was imminent. So I'm really glad you found a doctor who believes that pain meds are a reasonable response to pain. I know for me it changed so much the first time a doctor finally told me that of course it's not my fault.

I read the Wikipedia article, and I had no idea that E-D could be so varied. I've always associated it with the symptoms you've mentioned, so I definitely learned something. Though I'm sorry that you being in pain was the reason for it.

I hope the Daredevil fic is of sufficient quality to keep you entertained. If you have Netflix, I'd highly recommend watching Jessica Jones. I've only seen the first two eps (of 13) so far, but I think Krysten Ritter is hot (kinda like Aeryn Sun), and she's also grumpy and broken, and determined not to give up in the face of being absolutely terrified, which pushes a bunch of my buttons. And David Tennant plays the bad guy, so it's win-win for me. Just an idea to while away the hours in bed if you get sick of Candy Crush. And Broadchurch (also with Tennant) series two just turned up on Netflix, and I can soundly recommend Tennant and Olivia Colman in both series of that.

I find it so funny how your tastes in perfume and mine are SO DIFFERENT. I'd want to order like 90% of these even if I weren't decanting them! (But then again, I am all about the resins.)
