Lupers shipping to me

Just got the shipping notice for the Lupers order. Going by experience, they will be here Saturday; I'll try for a quick turnaround, but it will probably be 3-4 days. (I also have a few orders that I haven't invoiced yet; I'll get to you now. If the cat moves enough for me to type well enough.)

Also, for international folks: nobody has told me that their Blue Carbuncle international packages didn't get to them, so I'm going to tentatively say that shipping using "large envelope" rates instead of "package/thick envelope" is going to work. (It's not a guarantee, but it's looking like a good chance.) I don't know enough about how much that's going to be at our usual shipping weights, so what I will do: ship the packages as "large envelope", round the actual label cost up to the nearest $.50, add $1.50 on to it (which is the same amount I add to the average shipping for domestics), and then refund you the difference between that and what you paid.

As is usual for the "it shipped" post, I shall now conclude by whining about having to make the labels.

Yay Lupers! Yay shipping notice! Yay cats on laps!

(The shipping notice link goes to a "Not Found" USPS page. But I believe you!)

Do you want to start a betting pool on if they're going to respond?

It's working now. No idea what it means, but I'm pretty sure I've had this error before with other vendors. Anyway, yay Lupers wending their way toward you!

Oh, I think I get it. The USPS issues the tracking number when the vendor processes the package, which is also when they send the "it's on its way" email. But the number (sometimes?) isn't "in the system" until USPS picks it up.

Anyway, yes: whee! Eastward, Lupers! Eastward!
