Aw, thank you! I should be okay eventually, it's just a case of making sure not to put too much stress on all the muscles before the strain heals. (I dislocated a disc or two, which makes everything around it totally freak out. I saw the chiropractor on Friday to fix the dislocated disc and the massage therp today to do some work on the muscles that were desperately trying to carry the load. I might still need another tuneup next week, but I think things are improving. I don't make awful whimpering noises whenever I shift position now, at least.)
